Eric A. Daiter MD asked:

Ovulation refers to the time when an egg is released from its mature follicle. Many women are interested in timing their ovulation. This can be either for birth control purposes, or conception timing.

The ovaries produce your eggs. Follicles are formed and mature throughout your menstrual cycle. Follicles are like little caves where eggs are kept. The follicle grows and fills up with fluid. The egg stays attached to the side of the follicle until ovulation occurs. Ovulation occurs when the follicle becomes full of fluid and burst open.

When the follicle releases its fluid, the egg releases and goes with it. The fluid helps the egg to travel. The egg and fluid enter the fallopian tube and travel down towards the uterus. During this time, the egg is ready to be fertilized. I it encounters sperm and one of the sperm enter it, then the egg will try to implant inside of the uterus.

Most women have about a twenty eight day menstrual cycle. Ovulation occurs around day fourteen. Start counting the days of your cycle when menstrual bleeding begins. The first day of your period is day one of your cycle. Therefore, most women ovulate two weeks after their period starts.

If your cycle is irregular, shorter or longer than twenty eight days, then you may get a more accurate ovulation prediction by counting back fourteen days before the first day of your period. The time between ovulation and menstrual bleeding is almost always fourteen days, regardless of the length of your cycle.

If you ovulate irregularly, then it can be difficult to predict the best times to get pregnant, or it could even be an infertility concern if ovulation only happens every few months. This is called anovulation. Some women never ovulate at all.

Many women are not aware of ovulation problems until they try to get pregnant. There are a number of treatments that can help you ovulate, so you should begin treatment with an infertility specialist if you suspect that you are not ovulating regularly. Medications can help to mature your eggs and facilitate their release, increasing the number of times per year that you ovulate. This can greatly improve your chances of conception if anovulation is the main cause of your infertility.

There are ovulation prediction kits available over the counter if you are interested in tracking your ovulation. Basal body temperature thermometers are also helpful in tracking ovulation. Talk with your doctor about any concerns that you may have concerning your problems with conception.

Buy Fioricet Online

Sacha Tarkovsky asked:

If you are with a constant partner, and wish to have really satisfying sexual experiences, but not interested in the birth of a child, you must solve the dilemma of birth control here we will look at a NATURAL method.

Medical Birth Control

Medical birth control are the methods and devices (or medicines) employed to prevent pregnancy.

These are birth control pills (and patches, and injections), condoms, diaphragms, male and female sterilization, and abortive techniques (day after pills).

All of the above are effective, but also have real drawbacks to their use. Birth control medications have side effects, and some of them are quite unpleasant.

Condoms are effective, but reduce significantly the satisfying part of sexual relations.

Female uterine dams are a bit messy and reduce well the spontaneity of the sexual act.

The radical solutions like sterilization are also having great drawbacks in case of a change of mind or partners.

Natural Birth Control

There is a wonderful method, highly effective, of natural birth control which can indicate when the woman
partner is ovulating, and thus at risk. This is accomplished in two ways:

Learning Your Partner

Taking a daily temperature reading (from the vagina) daily for two months, tracking the results, can show when and how long the woman partner is ovulating.

This method is generally used for women who wish to become pregnant; indicating to them on which days there are mostly futile.

Learn about your partner’s body, and find out when she is ovulating. There are other indications, such as uterine pain in the middle of the menstrual cycle (which a German doctor termed, mittle schmertz.

This is also a very good indication of when the woman is ovulating.

Another interesting and almost unbelievable factor is that some women ovulate twice.

That is, if the full moon falls closely to her natural ovulating event, she can release another ovum. So, you must track also the cycles of the moon. Learning about your partner will have collateral benefits you will
reap later.

How to Use Natural Birth Control

Once you have discovered well about your partner’s menstrual events, you can then chart which days are acceptable for unprotected sexual union.

As a rule of thumb, you may have unprotected sexual union for at least 10 days leading to the ovulation event.

Then, using the above information, or even some ovulation tests one can buy at the pharmacy, you refrain from unprotected sexual union for one week three days prior to ovulation, the day of ovulation, and three days after ovulation.

Thereafter, you have another 10 to 12 days of free sexual activity.
he event of conception is not as easy as couples may think. The arrival of sperm to a released ovum has

The short window of about a day or two.

Thereafter, conception will not generally take place.

Some couples will practice unprotected sex during the one week conception segment of the menstrual process, but indeed with withdrawal at the moment of ejaculation.

This is highly ineffective and can and result in an unwanted pregnancy.

In this case, either abstinence during the one week “danger period”, or use of a condom is advised.

Birth control can be naturally practiced, and with some good common sense, some research into the woman partner’s conceptual time zones, can result in highly satisfying sexual relations.

Butalbital APAP Caffeine, Fioricet, Tramadol

Michael Devonish asked:

Levonorgestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol, known as Alesse, is an effective birth control method. This is a combination oral contraceptive that prevents ovulation and changes the uterus so that eggs have extreme difficulty implanting. The drug is also marketed under a few different brands including: Aviane, Levlite, Levlen, Levota, Tri-leven, Triphasil, Trivora and Triphasil-28.

This brand or other brands

Levonorgestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol are the synthetic hormones used in Alesse and the other brands. Levonorgestrel is the estrogen and Ethinyl Estradiol is the progestin. This doesn’t mean that they are identical. The difference is mainly due to the dosages and whether or not the birth control pill is triphasic, biphasic or uniphasic. If you are to switch between brands thinking they are the same you might be surprised by the way the new brand interacts with your body. A doctor’s consultation would be best.

What are mutlphasic oral contraceptives?

Combination birth control pills contain both estrogen and progestin and they are mutiphasic or singlephasic. A singlephasic pill will have the same dosage throughout the entire 21 day pack pills. The other 7 pills (of 28) have no hormones and are there to maintain the habit of taking them regularly. In multiphasic pills the dosage of progestin changes during the 21 days. Estrogen levels usually remain the same. In biphasic pills there are two different levels of progestin and in triphasic there are 3. The levels of hormones and the way they are delivered change from brand to brand even though the actual hormones are the same.

Usage Precautions

Women who are pregnant should not take any hormonal oral contraceptives as well ass women who have just given birth. Anyone with heart problems, blood clots or circulatory problems related to diabetes, uterine or breast cancer (cancers related to hormones), high blood pressure, abnormal menstrual bleeding and liver problems is also advised to avoid Alesse. Also, smokers especially if they are over the age of 35 should avoid hormonal contraceptives.

When starting out using any birth control pill, it’s a good idea to use another form of birth control such as condoms or a spermicidal cream as a backup. Your doctor can give specific information as to how long a period of time to use a back up plan before relying on the contraceptive pill alone.

Butalbital APAP Caffeine, Fioricet, Tramadol

Tom Crystal asked:

The first face – The failure of birth control pills

A recent study has found that overweight or obesity increases the chances of pregnancy while using birth control pills. Gynecologists say that birth control pills (also known as oral contraceptives) have not enough effect on overweight or obese women. Overweight (BMI 25 to 29.9) women have 60% and obese (BMI 30 or more) women have 70% more chances of pregnancy than normal weight (BMI 18.5 to 24.9) women while taking oral contraceptives regularly. For women who missed oral contraceptive, the risk of pregnancy more than doubled compare to overweight or obese women. Study says that out of hundred overweight women taking the oral contraceptives, five got pregnant while only three out of hundred normal weight women who take oral contraceptives got pregnant each year.

The reason of failure of oral contraceptives is not clearly known. This is a big research area. They said there are several possibilities for failure of oral contraceptives in obese women.

o	The hormones in oral contraceptives are soluble in fat which is in enough quantity in obese women. Due to this, fat hormones dissolve in fat rather than entering the bloodstream.

o	Metabolism is also a major cause. The basal metabolic rate increases according to body weight; more the body weight, more basal metabolic rate. The increase in metabolic rate decreases the duration of medication effect. This is the also one of the causes due to which oral contraceptives do not work.

o	Due to obesity, there is an increase in liver enzymes which help metabolize the hormones in oral contraceptives.

o	Nowadays the hormones level in oral contraceptives is reduced by five times than first introduced.

o	Circulating blood volume in obese women is greater than normal women in which the steroids are transported. Fat cells may sequester steroids. Obese women also metabolize steroids in different way than normal one.

Now the real question arises. Should overweight women who don’t want to risk an unplanned pregnancy should take more oral contraceptives or higher dose oral contraceptives or not? Gynecologists say it is not necessarily because overweight or obese women have more chances of cardiovascular disease risk factors than normal weight women. They suggest that obese women who completed childbearing use some permanent form of birth control such as tubal sterilization.

Obese women who want to be pregnant may use condom or other methods. Another method for obese women suggests that first they should lose their weight, and then plan to use oral contraceptives. For weight loss, obese women can use weight loss diet pills, natural supplements, exercise, yoga and other weight loss programs. Through exercise losing weight takes more time which is not considerable for women. For quick weight loss they can use weight loss diet pills.

The second face- Birth control pills- Reason of Obesity

Gynecologists say that birth control pills (oral contraceptives) may have many side effects; one of them is weight gain or obesity. Most of the women get five pounds weight after taking oral contraceptives. Normally women get weight after few days or a month from starting of taking the pills. In most of the cases, women gain weight who do not take oral contraceptives in the last half of their menstrual cycle; this is due to hormonal changes. This is also important to know why women get obese by taking oral contraceptives. Reasons for this are as follows.

o	Due to oral contraceptives, the level of metabolism alters. This is because both the estrogen and progestin present in these pills can cause fluid retention, a temporary effect that often begins in the first month as a result of an increase in sodium. The cause of weight gain (increase of hips, breast, or thigh) is due to estrogen.

o	Oral contraceptives contain progestin which cause increase in appetite and permanent weight gain.

o	Pills administered for depression may also be the cause of weight gain.

Women who get weight due to oral contraceptives may loose weight through weight loss diet pills, natural supplements, exercise, yoga and other weight loss programs.

For more information on weight loss diet pills visit: http://www.pillslim.com

Buy Butalbital apap caffeine
